Accommodation Terms & House Rules (Draft v1.0)

1. Scope

These Terms apply to all accommodation provided or arranged by GS Astuto, including guest houses, private stays and partner accommodations unless separate property-specific terms apply.

2. Reservations

Reservations are confirmed only after payment or deposit has been received and a confirmation has been issued by GS Astuto.

3. Check-in & Check-out

Standard check-in and check-out times are communicated at booking. Early check-in or late check-out may be available by prior agreement but cannot be guaranteed.

4. Occupancy

Only registered guests may stay overnight unless approved in advance. Maximum occupancy limits must be respected.

5. House Rules

  • respect neighbouring residents and the local community;
  • observe designated quiet hours;
  • keep the property reasonably clean;
  • report damage promptly;
  • comply with safety instructions.

Smoking & fire safety, pets, keys & access, damage, safety hazards, personal property, visitor conduct, lost property, force majeure, governing law (Japan), and acceptance of related policies apply as published by GS Astuto.
